Happy Easter!
The first thing that comes to mind when I think of an odd friendship is Shrek and Donkey, but that isn’t going to help me write this snippet.
But what about a good fairy that has been given the responsibility of a nasty, teenage witch? Hmm, that could work.
‘I have to help that monster?’ Tina raised a delicate black eyebrow at her sister.
‘Hardly a monster. She is just a misunderstood teenager.’ Josephine said.
‘Really? Have you found Thomas yet? Or is he still out on the streets hunting down mice?’
‘I don’t think she meant to turn him into a cat permanently.’
‘Send someone else. I might just turn her into a mouse on purpose and use her as bait to catch Thomas. That would be justice.’
‘Tina, no one else in this community is strong enough to take her on.’
